Choose your Membership / Sign Up!
Select your membership level and sign up for the appropriate category. You can start now by visiting our membership page.
Fill out the form and pay the yearly membership fee. After signup you will receive an email with confirmation details!
Access Our Online Library
We use Libib's cloud-based system for managing our library services. You can browse, check out, and hold books via this link: Emerald Library on Libib or through the "Browse Books" menu on our website.
To log in:
- Click "Patron Login" on your desktop or from the right-hand menu on the mobile app.
- Click "Need Password" and enter your registered email. You will receive your password via email. Use your email and new password to access the Emerald Library™ online.
How to Check Out / Place a Hold
- Login to the Emerald Library™ to check out or place a hold on up one book at a time.
- If your book is checked out, place a ‘Hold’ to borrow next time.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is ready for pickup, typically within 24-48 hours.
Checkout an Item
Click the “Checkout” button in the item’s details, then “Complete” after adding items.
Placing a Hold
Click the “Add Hold” button in the item’s details, then “Complete”.
Pickups and Returns
- Pickup: Head over to us during 'Pickup and Return Schedule' in Los Monasterios, Puçol (Valencia) after receiving a confirmation email with details including address.
- Returns: Return books within 14 days.
- Please click on the following link to view our updated pickups and returns schedule.

- Donate Books: Donate new and gently used children's books in English during our 'Pickup and Return Schedule'.
